The Membership Application Process

Both member sponsors and candidates for membership must complete the entire membership application package including the required letters of recommendation and submit it to the front desk or mail it to:

Your application for membership cannot be considered until all of the following items have been completed and submitted to the Club Office.

1. A candidate submitting an application needs one senior member to act as a proposer and another to second the application, both must be voting Senior members of CYC.
2. Three (3) letters of recommendation from CYC members other than the proposing and seconding member are required. Each of the three references, along with the proposer and seconder, must complete a membership letter of recommendation form (attach form here)
3. Complete both sides of the “Application for Membership,” and have both the proposer and seconder sign it. (Attach form here)
4. Attach a recent small photograph of you (and your spouse) to the “Application for Membership” form.
5. Attach a personal check to the “Application for Membership” form.
