Sharing Knowledge, Teaching Skills...While Having Fun On The Water!
Our trained staff and curriculum are designed to share knowledge and the love of sailing, power boating and swimming. Your child will learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and racing skills in a non-threatening environment. CYC's Sail Camp Program welcomes sailors who meet our eligibility requirements with any degree of experience, or none at all.
Basic sailing skills will be taught, and sailors will have the opportunity to gain confidence and proficiency sailing single-handed, double-handed or as part of a larger crew. All sailors will be taught responsibility for themselves and for the equipment they use.
Campers will also receive instruction to develop their skills in swimming, water skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, kayaking, and canoeing, as well as safety and boat handling.
